THE BEGINNING
Why We Started
When we identified people in the past who need equipment and their insurance will not pay for it, the people are left behind without the needed equipment. The Foundation will allow us to bridge the gap between their needs and what their insurance or other agencies will cover. It will also allow our friends, colleagues and employees to help to provide these services in a mutually beneficial way.
Goal #1
To identify unmet mobility and accessibility needs within, but not limited to, the Jones Adaptive Mobility patient population
Goal #2
To meet the needs we identify through obtaining, delivering, and installing mobility and accessibility equipment and resources within patients’ homes
Goal #3
To exemplify Galatians 5:14 through giving generously of time and resources, to be the hands and feet of Jesus, and to shine the light of Christ in our community
BRIDGING THE GAP
Our Mission
Jones Adaptive Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization designed to bridge the gap between mobility and accessibility needs and unmet insurance coverage and patient financial resources. It is our goal to improve quality of life in our patients with disabilities, who do not have the funds to purchase equipment that insurance does not cover.
This is done by providing that equipment at no cost, including delivery and installation, for increased independence and safety within their home. Jones Adaptive Foundation is primarily funded through charitable contributions from Jones Adaptive Mobility, its’ employees, and partners.
